Den h&auml;r veckan g&aring;r vi p&aring; diet, J och jag. Det &auml;r en diet d&auml;r man ska &auml;ta en slags gr&ouml;nsakssoppa i tid och otid, och ut&ouml;ver soppan har man ett fast schema f&ouml;r vad man f&aring;r &auml;ta de andra dagarna i veckan:<\/p>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">\n<ul>\n<li><strong>M&aring;ndag<\/strong>:<br \/> Frukt frukt frukt&#8230;&auml;t s&aring; mycket frukt du vill UTOM bananer!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Tisdag<\/strong>:<br \/>Alla gr&ouml;nbladiga gr&ouml;nsaker, r&aring;a eller frysta spelar ingen roll. Till kv&auml;llen &auml;ven en stor bakad potatis med lite sm&ouml;r. OBS <strong>ingen <\/strong>frukt idag!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Onsdag<\/strong>:<br \/>Frukt och gr&ouml;nsaker. Men <strong>INTE <\/strong>potatis!<\/li>\n<li><strong>Torsdag<\/strong>:<br \/>Minst 3 bananer och minst 2 glas minimj&ouml;lk.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fredag<\/strong>:<br \/>3-400g n&ouml;tk&ouml;tt eller fisk + 6 tomater.<\/li>\n<li><strong>L&ouml;rdag<\/strong>:<br \/>N&ouml;tk&ouml;tt eller fisk i valfri m&auml;ngd + gr&ouml;nsaker. <strong>INGA <\/strong>potatisar!!<\/li>\n<li><strong>S&ouml;ndag<\/strong>:<br \/> Brunt ris (r&aring;ris) + os&ouml;tad juice + gr&ouml;nsaker.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">Och s&aring; soppan&#8230;f&ouml;re, efter och till det andra&#8230;jag &auml;r redigt tr&ouml;tt p&aring; soppa vid det h&auml;r laget, kan jag s&auml;ga. Och det &auml;r 3 1\/2 dag kvar&#8230;fast egentligen &auml;r soppan helt okej. med lite k&ouml;tt i&nbsp; eller en kn&auml;ckemacka vid sidan om skulle den finka fint som kv&auml;llsmat till vardags. Den &auml;r ganska kryddig, men alla kryddor hj&auml;ler till att &ouml;ka f&ouml;rbr&auml;nningen. I &ouml;vrigt har det blivit en del fruktsallad och s&aring; har vi grillat gr&ouml;nsakerna i ugnen. N&auml;sta projekt p&aring; dagordningen bir en promenad till ICA, f&ouml;r bananerna tog slut. J var glad att vi fick dricka mj&ouml;lk idag, f&ouml;r han kunde sl&auml;nga ihop en bananmilkshake till frukost. Personligen &auml;r jag inte f&ouml;rtjust i konsistensen p&aring; milkshake, s&aring; jag h&auml;ller min mj&ouml;lk i kaffet ist&auml;llet och k&auml;kar bananerna rakt av! Men vi ser fram emot helgen, fr&auml;mst mot fredagen och l&ouml;rdagen, d&aring; vi f&aring;r &auml;ta k&ouml;tt och fisk. Vi har redan planerat in en saftig k&ouml;ttbit med grillade vitl&ouml;kstomater imorgo<span class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Date\">n kv&auml;ll, och p&aring; l&ouml;rdag k&ouml;r vi laxs i ugn med (mera) grillade gr&ouml;nsaker. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"..\/..\/image.axd?picture=2010%2f10%2fdiet.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\"><span class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_AuthorLink_Wrapper\"> <\/span><span class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Date\">H&auml;r &auml;r receptet p&aring; soppan, om n&aring;gon skulle vara intresserad:<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\"><span class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Date\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">1\/2 vitk&aring;lshuvud<br \/>3 stora gula l&ouml;kar<br \/>250g gr&ouml;na b&ouml;nor<br \/>400g hela skalade tomater<br \/> 1\/2 kg mor&ouml;tter<br \/>1 gr&ouml;n paprika<br \/>4-5 stj&auml;lkar bladselleri <em>eller <\/em>1\/2 rotselleri<br \/>1 burk krossade tomater med chili<br \/>3 stj&auml;lkar citrongr&auml;s<br \/>6-7cm ingef&auml;ra<br \/>1 burk tacos&aring;s<br \/>1 liten bunt grovhackad persilja<br \/>salt, peppar, curry, chili<\/p>\n<p>Sk&auml;r allt i sm&aring; bitar och l&auml;gg i en stor gryta. T&auml;ck med vatten och koka i en timme. Smaks&auml;tt med kryddorna.<\/p><\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"GBThreadMessageRow_Body_Content\">Om allt g&aring;r enligt planerna och vad det s&auml;gs om dieten, s&aring; ska man kunna bli av med upp till fem kilo p&aring; en vecka.
